Fysh tails. (pun pun)

helloo bev! tailbone pain or abrasions could be due to the following causes: 1) the floor is too hard - try using a thicker/softer exercise mat, or place something soft under your hip. Or, try doing your sit ups on soft ground usually found at those exercise stations. Those blue/red grainy rubber bits thingy. I usually do mine there after a run. 2) improper posture/way of doing. The more reps you do, the more tired you'll be, resulting in you using your lower back and hips to bring yourself up. In doing so, your lower back will be on and off the ground, and when it lands, your tailbone will absorb most of the impact, resulting in pain. So, try decreasing the amount of reps for each set, instead of 20, try 15. And perhaps increase the number of sets, if you feel no kick. Hope it helped! :)

    hahaha you're very welcome. :)

my knee still hurts while running, but i think its slowly getting better. its not the physical pain thats getting me down, more of the psychological pain of not being able to run long distances.

and with my 84 KM marathon looming, its really worrying me. :(

i've been to the doc's (in camp) and he didn't give me anything much. lol. just a tube of pain relieving gel (which is redundant because if i don't run then there is no pain), some pain killers (which are also redundant), and some antacid for gastric which might be caused by eating those pain killers (yes. redundant. again.)

he arranged for me to go for physio, which uh..i kinda think its useless.

thanks for offering to accompany me to the doc's, though i can think of better ways for you to accompany me. ;)

hahaha. yessss 2 more days! cant wait cant wait cant wait. :)

ps: haha doubt anyone else will read besides you. i havent updated in a long while so im sure everyone thinks its defunct now.

pps: should have 'An Education' ready by friday. and just for kicks, im downloading 'The Land before time' too. :)

Hey I totally understand how u feel.. If I were u I would feel tt upset as well. But dun worry with much rest and proper care I am sure u will gain ur fitness back. It's better to save a leg than lose one. I use to have the same problem but never so bad to the extend that I can't run for a period of time. Funny thing instead of having pains in my knee I have an irritating ticklish sensation that cause my knees to jerk or should I say vibrate?? It gets so bad that I need to wake up in the middle of the morning to massage it with deep heat then wrap it up. Ithought I was suffering from rheumatism. I know such a young age with such an old diasease. Haha.. Even when it rains my knee would do he same thing thAt's why I dun encourage ppl to tOuch my knees at all time. So are u gonna meet Gloria today?
You know how farni it is that we can sit down n talk to each other all day and not get tired or bored. You love listening to me and I love telling things. That is like the ultimate best combination! Too bad we are in diff circumstance.. Let's not go into there for we have repeated it a million times n not taken a single action to make any changes. Then again we might not want to move out from this comfort zone yet. Okok.. Think I said too much. Off for a run then to work. Hope I dun catch a cold at the It fair! TTY soon . Ken is coming down at 4 to get his stuff done.

hahaha i went to google about your ticklish knee to see if i could find anything, and came up with this.

"If your knee is ticklish does that mean your boy crazy?"

looks like someone has the same "problem" as you. ;)

anyhow, i doubt its rheumatism, because i think it causes pain in the joints and bones, and not cause tickling sensations. then again, who knows maybe in 30 years' time, it might evolve into pain.

    though i really hope not.

Not meeting gloria today, called her last night and arranged to meet her another time instead. So..yup. I'm free. :)

hahaha there's nothing funny about it really. You're more of a chatterbox, while i'm more of a listener, so i guess we do compliment each other in that way. :)

don't be mistaken though, i can be quite a chatterbox myself too, but since SOMEONE is OBVIOUSLY more chatty than me, i always tend to take a backseat. ;)

I love listening to you talk, your actions, your facial expressions...beautiful.

how's your neck? i hope its better already!

have fun at work and have fun checking out the cute guys too! ;)

    ps: Kisses is done!
