hell yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
today marks the start of my exercise regime!
and guess what my source of inspiration was?
my old deflated basketball which i've had since primary 6
HAHAHAHA
anyhow, i filled it up with air again and brought it down to play.
shot a few hoops, ran, and basically re-did all the usual stuff i did during canoeing training.
ie. push-ups, crunches, side-crunches, pull-ups, etc
felt goooooooooooooooooood.
on a side note though, i think my joint injury from the JC days is still around. might be permanent :(
