another day of WoW maintenance. usually i'd be studying on this WoW-less night, but hey there's nothing to study anymore.

the current situation of my life right now, is that im living one of a hermit's.

why?

1. no monies
2. i've got a fucking big RED SPOT on my face

so basically i'm just staying at home, eating instant noodles and wowing my life away. nothing new actually.

so i was watching life story just now, and watching this kinda stuff always puts me in a cynical mood. (a 50 year old man divorcing his wife of 20 years, just to marry some china bitch who's young enough to be his daughter. what's more, he told his wife that they can always live together as "man and wife" even after divorce, while he marries that china bitch. i.e. implying that he wants his wife to be his mistress after divorce.)

so today's topic of cynism is:

who the fuck came up with all those "stupid tortoises/turtles next to the msn nick" shit. yes i know its "a tribute" to steve irwin. but im guessing its some retard who started "hey! lets all put a green creature next to our nick to commemorate this day when steve got owned by a stingray!"

i've had countless people messaging me to ask if i knew steve irwin. i replied "yes i do" and to that, they asked me to put (TU) next to my name. i ask them, "FOR WHAT FUCK? WILL IT BRING HIM BACK TO LIFE? WILL IT MAKE THE FUCKING STINGRAY SAY SORRY TO HIM?"

No, of course not. after which, i asked them, "do u know who steve irwin is?"

ONE QUARTER of them asked, "huh who dat?" They only knew the name, and not his achievements, which, in my opinion, is the more important issue.

You get my point. Some people are just so fucking stupid. Allow me to highlight FUCKING STUPID.

if you just want your nick to appear "CUTER" (thanks to some green attention seeking shit next to your nick), save it, cos its not working. to me at least.

but to those who know steve irwin and are mourning his death,

-shrugs.- not like i can do anything about it, but i just think its a stupid trend to follow. period.
kinda reminds of some occasion which happened some time ago when everyone put a stupid rose next to their nick too.

oh well. on the positive side, at least my sis doesnt have (TU) next to her nick.

so, as you can see, my cynism has hit an all time high tonight (happens whenever i watch charity shows and shit like that), and if you, as a reader, believe in freedom of speech and open declaration of thoughts, and feel like telling me how heartless/uncaring/devoid of feelings i am,

Disclaimer: I've not nothing against Steve Irwin. -CRIKEY!- I dont think im uncaring. I'm just very against how the media portrays the unfortunate in order to garner the public's sympathy to gain donations. Not sure if you guys feel how i feel, but oh well who cares.
