Recently, there're posters which read "Ability matters. Not Age." being put up at most of the bus stops. i suppose they're being put up as part of a campaign to encourage the older generation to continue to receive training and still be as efficient in their workplace.

While its true, that Ability matters and not age,

But, doesnt age affect ability?
