since WoW is STILL down after coming home from work, i guess this warrants another blog post since im waiting for my heater to heat up.

took a cab back from Mediacorp after work, and had a little chat with the taxi driver. wasnt anything much, he was the one doing most of the talking, whilst i was just smiling and going "yea" "yup" "uh huh". before i left the cab, he said "good night! have a good rest!" and i asked him "driving till morning?" he replied "yup, no choice lah, can't just sit around and wait for money to fly in, can i?"

something about that struck me. sure, he might be a taxi driver for whatever reason. not some rich fuck, celebrity, or minister. but i respect him still.

i respect the fact that he just leads a simple, normal and humble life. something which is always around, but yet we always choose to walk the other road - wealth, power and fame.

im very appreciative of taxi drivers. they send me home safely after work everyday.

anyway grats to ben for getting his driving license. god knows when im gonna get mine with all this procrastinating. lol
